

Marc Llistosella Becomes New President & CEO
    of Mitsubishi Fuso Truck and Bus Corporation
Kawasaki, Japan– As already announced in December 2014, Mitsubishi Fuso Truck and Bus  Corporation (MFTBC), one of Asia’s leading commercial vehicle manufacturers,  announces its important personnel changes in the Board of Management.
Dr. Albert Kirchmann (58), hitherto MFTBC President & CEO and Head of Daimler Trucks  Asia, as of  today has been appointed MFTBC  Chairman of the Board. In this position, he will consult and support the  company’s strategic development. He will also assume the role of Chairman of  Daimler Trucks Asia and continue to represent Daimler on the political level as  well as in industry associations in Japan.
Marc Llistosella (48), hitherto MFTBC Senior Vice President of Marketing, Sales and  Customer Services Trucks Asia & DICV, has been appointed MFTBC President  & CEO, effective April 1, 2015.  Llistosella will also serve as Head of Daimler  Trucks Asia.
Succeeding Llistosella, Michael Kamper (49), hitherto MFTBC Head of Marketing,  Sales and Customer Services Trucks Asia & DICV, has been named as MFTBC  Senior Vice President of Marketing, Sales & Customer Services.
Takao Suzuki (71), hitherto MFTBC Chairman of the Board, has been named as Senior  Adviser, effective April 1, 2015.
Noboru Tsuji (55), Senior Vice President at  Mitsubishi Corporation, became a non-full time Member of the Board of MFTBC on  March 30, 2015.
 Daimler Trucks in Asia – MFTBC and DICV joining forces under the ‘Asia Business Model’
Since May 2013, Daimler Trucks has been announcing a close cooperation of its Asian entities MFTBC and Daimler India Commercial Vehicles Pvt. Ltd. (DICV) under the umbrella of Daimler Trucks Asia. While DICV has begun production and export of trucks under the FUSO brand, selected functions like R&D, Life-cycle management and some administrative functions have also been put under joint leadership.
