

Management Change Head of Operations

Kawasaki, Japan–Mitsubishi Fuso Truck and Bus Corporation (MFTBC),  one of Asia’s leading commercial vehicle manufacturers, announces an important  personnel change for Head of Operations.
Yoshiro Motoyama, currently Senior Vice President and Head of  Operations Trucks and Buses for MFTBC, will be appointed as Senior Advisor as of 1st of January, 2017. Mr.  Motoyama joined Mitsubishi Motors Corporation in 1980. Throughout his  professional career, he has been engaged in manufacturing and engineering. In  2010, he was appointed Director of Operations of Trucks & Buses in MFTBC. In  2014, he became Senior Vice President, and Head of Operations, Trucks and Buses. During his time, he made numerous improvements to  the Kawasaki Plant’s layout and to over-all work efficiencies throughout  production at MFTBC, among other contributions.
Succeeding Motoyama, Mr. Sven Graeble, currently Director,  Marketing & Network, Daimler Trucks Asia, will be appointed as Senior Vice  President and Head of Operations Trucks and Buses for MFTBC beginning 1st of  January 2017. Mr. Graeble began his career with Daimler in 2001 in the  International Management Associate program. From there he worked in various  positions within the company. In 2009 he moved to India and started working at Daimler India Commercial Vehicles (DICV) as the Project Lead for the truck plant. In  this role he led the planning and construction of the Oragadam plant until its  completion. In 2012 he was promoted to Vice President – Head of Operations and  Manufacturing Engineering for DICV. In 2015 he moved from India to Japan and  joined MFTBC as Director, Marketing & Network, Daimler Trucks Asia.
